If you are unable to attend the public forum, please feel free to. submit your written <br />comments to Patrick Trudgeon, City Planner, at City Hall or by emailatptrudgeon@ci.ramsey.ffill.us. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />What is the Comprehensive Plan and who is itfor? <br /> <br />The Comprehensive Plan isatool to be used by many people and organizations with an interest in the Ramsey community. . <br />It is for the people of Ramsey, the policy makers who represent them and the City Staff who support them. The Comprehen- <br />sive Plan proyides an analysis of the forces that have shaped Ramsey, sets outavision for the community, containsgoals <br />that define. the vision, and establishes public policies designed to help realize that vision. Although it focuses on the future <br />physical development of the community, it also addresses the economic and social qualities of Ramsey.
