e

e

.

June 21, 2001

Ramsey Planning Commission
Ramsey City Council and Mayor

Please consider the following comments on the proposed revised

Comprehensive plan.

It is essential that Ramsey have in place a comprehensive plan that

represents all Ramsey residents. Now and in the future. Ramsey

residents need to be protected from mandatory sewer hookup when there

systems are in good working order posing no health concerns to

. themselves or their Neighbors. Clear wording in the comprehensive plan

or by City Council resolution would alleviate many residents' fears of such

action.

Also Ramsey Residents clearly support some form of neighborhood

transitioning. Clear wording in the Comprehensive plan or in a city.

ordinance is certainly in order.

~hh~ '

Steve Simenson
5165 156th Lane NW
Ramsey, Mn 55303

,/

.

.-------'

.--

-29-

."
