I <br />own Lot #1, Block 6, and have observed that the Future Land Use map identifies this parcel as Rural <br />Developing residential. This particular parcel is part of the Rum River Hills P.U.D. and the development <br />agreement specifies that it may be developed with commercial uses and the' taxiate is based on a <br />commercial zoning. This appears to be an oversight in the preparation of the Future Land Use map and I <br />respectfully request. that this property be changed to Places to Shop on the map.
