<br />e <br /> <br />l, <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />Ramsey residents were asked a series of questions about general quality of life issues. The items <br />they liked most and least about living in the city were ascertained. Perceived changes in the <br />desirability of the community as well as a general qual}ty of life rating were garnered. Thirteen percent <br />were attracted by the "open spaces and rural ambience." Nine percent liked its "quiet and <br />peacefulness. " <br /> <br />"Location" was key to less than five year residents and residents of Precinct 3D. "Open spaces <br />and rural ambience" was posted most often by over twenty year residents, owners of under <br />$100,000 homes, households not connected to public sanitary sewer and water services, and <br />residents of Precinct 1 A. "Quiet" was mentioned most frequently by men and residents of <br />Precinct Two. "Family here" was posted by five-to-twenty year residents, 18-34 year olds, and <br />residents of Precinct 1 A. <br /> <br />13 <br />
