These ratings are indicative of a moderately hostile tax climate in the community. "High" was posted most often by owners of over $125,000 homes. "Average" was indicated most frequently by owners of $100,000-$125,000 homes. "Low" ratings were encountered more often among residents of Precinct 3A.
