Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Haas Steffen, Beahen, Beyer and <br />Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br />Case #1: Consider Extension of Residential Rezoning and Subdividing Moratorium <br />Background: Council passed a six-month development moratorium on residential rezoning and <br />subdividing which will expire on January 13, 1998. The Comprehensive Plan amendment and <br />studies are proceeding in a timely fashion, however, this process will not be completed by the <br />expiration date of the current moratorium.
