Norman, City Administrator
SUBJECT: Potential Land Use Changes
During the Council meeting of May 26, 1998, the City Council introduced an ordinance
which would replace the moratorium ordinance on residential rezoning and subdividing.
The replacement ordinance sets out specific "sensitive" areas of the City which may be
reviewed as a possible land use change prior to the adoption of an updated
Comprehensive Plan.
Attached to this memorandum is the map outlining the sensitive sites as designated by
staff and included in the replacement ordinance. Please review the map and provide input
to whether other areas should be included in the replacement moratorium ordinance.
/jmt
attachments
cc: City Attorney Bill Goodrich
Fred Hoisington, HKGI
