<br />" <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />... <br /> <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on Tuesday, December 1, 1998, from <br />5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Ramsey Elementary School south cafeteria, 15100 Nowthen Boulevard <br />NW, Ramsey, MN. The purpose of the hearing is to provide an opportunity for the public to <br />review and comment on the proposed Comprehensive Plan for the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />The hearing will have an open house format. Instead of one formal presentation, there will be a <br />video presentation of the Plan replayed continuously and the public is welcome to attend any <br />time during the three hour period. City of Ramsey representatives will be available to answer <br />questions and solicit written comments from the public. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey complies with the Americans With Disabilities Act and upon advance <br />request, information will be provided in an alternative form and interpreters will be available. <br />Any person with such a request should contact Administrative Services Manager Linda Waite <br />Smith at 427-1410 by noon on Friday, November 27, 1998. There is a TDD machine at Ramsey <br />Municipal Center; the number is 427-8591. <br /> <br />Copies of the proposed Comprehensive Plan will be available for public review at the Rum River <br />Branch of the Anoka County Library (5910 167th Avenue NW, Ramsey, MN) and at the Ramsey <br />Municipal Center. Additional information can be obtained by contacting Cindy Sherman, <br />Community Development Director, at 427-1410. Comments on the proposed Comprehensive <br />Plan can also be mailed to Ms. Sherman (at 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, MN <br />55303), and must be received by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 1, 1998. <br /> <br />James E.
