Regardless of the option chosen, Metropolitan Council review and COmment 011 <br />the local comprehensive plan, plan update or plan amendment is necessary before the city can <br />implement its plan. <br /> <br />This letter is intended to suggest possible options for the city in for submitting its comprehensive <br />plan to the Council for review. It is not intended to convey a legal opinion on the matter. You <br />should consult with your city attorney with respect to the city's charter requirements and the <br />applicability of the options to Lino Lakes, or ask for an opinion on the maner from the Attorney <br />General.
