If the pattern of low-density <br />development persists in the community, we can expect to see the population level off in <br />the near future. New families will continue to move into the community throughout the <br />remainder of the 1990's consuming the last remaining developable lots. These families <br />will be similar in composition to those that came to the community in the 1970's.
