The project is planned as an integral element of the larger community with interconnecting <br />streets, paths and green ways. <br />2. The project is planned to minimize conflicts between non business/industrial uses (for <br />example parking lots and loading docks should be located away from or adequately buffered <br />from residential neighborhoods). <br />3. Opportunities to minimize infrastructUre and other elements of the built environment are <br />incorporated into the design (for example shared parking and driveways or decked parking). <br />4.
