Norman, City Administrator~ <br />SUBJECT: Request for MUSA Line Expansion <br /> <br />Attached to this memorandum is a letter from Jacob M. Barthold who owns an <br />approximate ten-acre parcel on the northeast section of the current Apple Ridge housing <br />project. Apparently, the area was not included in past comprehensive plan amendments <br />for a MUSA line extension. The property had originally been intended to be included as <br />part of the Apple Ridge development and may be included at some time in the future. <br /> <br />Mr. Barthold requests that the MUSA line expansion be included in the new <br />comprehensive plan when it is completed. Please include this as part of your review for <br />the Ramsey comprehensive planning process. <br /> <br />/jmt <br />
