Ramsey, MN 55303 RE: City of Ramsey -- Plan Amendment for Minor MUSA Expansion -- Burger King Metropolitan Council District 9 Metropolitan Council Referral File No. 16806-1 Dear Ms. Sherman: Metropolitan Council staff reviewed the City's plan amendment received by the Council on July 6, 1998. The amendment is for a 3-ac..e parcel to be brought into the MUSA for development as a fast food .. restaurant. The amendment, as originally submitted, was found incomplete for review on July 17, 1998~ because the subinittal did not include a copy of an access agreement. The Council received a copy of an:. access. agreement oi1Ai>ti123~ .1999;" The agreement is signed by the two property ownerS, . butMtsign~d by the CitY or MnDbto-Accordingly,we nowfiild the submittal complete for review. We have determined that the proposed amendment has no potential impact upon any of the metropolitan system plans. The City may place the amendment into effect once the agreement is fully executed by MnDOT and the City. Because the proposed amendment appears unlikely to affect policies and plans in other chapters of the Metropolitan Development Guide, the Council will waive further review and comment on this amendment. The amendment, explanatory materials supplied and the information submission form will be appended to the City's plan in the Council's files. We request that you send a copy of the fully executed agreement to the attention of Linda Milashius, Referrals Coordinator once it is available for our records.
