Added medium density north of Co Rd #116 between Ramsey Blvd and <br />Armstrong. <br />. Added places to shop on the northeast corner of Ramsey Blvd. and Co Rd. # 116 <br />· Modified the area south of Highway 10 and west of Alpaca Estates to be a <br />combination of mixed residential and transition vs. all mixed. <br />· Changed mixed use to commercial at the southwest corner of Highway 47 and <br />153rd Ave. <br />· Changed a parcel on the west side of Sunfish Lake Blvd. from mixed residential <br />to medium density residential. <br /> <br />Text changes <br /> <br />There were several minor text changes that I can provide to you if you think it is <br />necessary. The changes do not reflect a significant change in the direction or intent of the <br />plan. <br /> <br />Please let me know if you need additional information. <br />
