i

.....

e

e

I fully support the idea of clustering at any density (blending various housing types) as long as it meets
the overall density guidelines, creates the 'open space' we all want to see and allows any project to be
successful. Allowing a project-by-project evaluation of the housing types would seem to be a better
alternative than locking in any kind of blanket requirement that may not fit all development opportunities.
If our project determines that higher density clustering is required to make it feasible we would use
various techniques such as common septic and common water, with backups, to provide the highest level
of support to the residential community. As such we plan to work with the city every step of the way to
define the scope of the project.

, have directed this letter to you and the council-members. Feel free to share this with other committee
members as needed. I would be happy to answer any other questions you may have regarding this
project and am looking forward to having something for the city to discuss in more detail in (he next few
months. Please feel free to call or write me as needed.

Sincerely,

~ !dtttr

Kevin Wolter

CC: Council-members:

Susan Anderson
Terry Hendrickson
Jerry Zimmerman
