The primary purpose of the <br />meeting is to discuss the issues surrounding the completion of the City's Comprehensive Plan. <br />The City of Ramsey recognizes that there are many similarities between the two cities and that <br />we deal with the same type of development issues on a regular basis. Our Council believes that a <br />joint meeting of the two City Councils would be beneficial not only to Ramsey, but to Andover <br />as well. <br /> <br />Please relay the request for a joint meeting between the two cities to your City Council at your <br />earliest convenience.
