As noted above, the Mississippi, as well as the Rum, Rivers are not included <br />in the shoreland program of Ramsey. DNR would contend that there are many ways to protect the shoreline areas <br />of lakes and streams as public resources whether they are already developed or <br />not. Don't shut the door on the large number of best management practices and <br />other tools that can be implemented. <br /> <br />111 # 4.
