The documents were only <br />to be checked out for 48 hours, as of this date they have not been returned. The cost for <br />producing the plan is $20 per document. You checked out two plans and submitted a <br />$20 deposit. We will not be returning the deposit. Additionally, by this letter, we are <br />billing you an additional $20 for the documents you did not return. <br /> <br />Please remit a check to the City of Ramsey for $20 by February 16, 1999.
