AMENDMENT <br /> <br />Section 170.0112E Subsection (D) Subsection (2) Paragraph (p) is amended to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Sufficient right-of-way shall be provided to the City as determined by the City Engineer <br />to allow for a paved roadway or future street and a separate eight foot wide paved river <br />trail corridor within the right-of-way and the Critical Area District.
