Describe effect. <br /> <br />The City would see a total increase of 47 additional lots equaling an estimated <br />increase of 161 residents using the current average household size of 3.43 persons. <br />The City would also see an increase in the number of employees as the existing <br />buildings become more marketable and Waltek.
