<br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #91-12-257 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL 1991, PAYABLE 1992 MUNICIPAL LEVY <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the following levies for assessed 1991, payable 1992, be levied upon the taxable <br />property in said City of Ramsey, Anoka County, State of Minnesota, for the following <br />purposes: <br /> <br />GENERAL LEVY <br />Fund 101: General Fund - General Operations <br /> <br />$ <br /> <br />1,531,174 <br /> <br />DEBT SERVICE LEVY <br />Special Assessment Obligations: <br /> <br />Fund 314: <br /> <br />1989A Debt Service <br /> <br />18,498 <br /> <br />TOTAL LEVY <br /> <br />$ <br /> <br />1,549,672 <br /> <br />2) That the City Administrator/Clerk be directed to transmit a certified copy of this <br />resolution to the Anoka County Auditor's Office on or before December 3D, 1991 <br />for the purpose of complying with Truth In Taxation. <br /> <br />That the motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Beyer and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson <br />Councilmember Peterson <br />Councilmerriber Beyer <br />Councilmember Cich <br />Councilmember Hardin <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />:! <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />- 3 - <br />
