<br />Assistant Community Development Director Trudgeon stated Staff recommends adjourning the <br />rezoning public hearing at this time. He indicated Staff has implemented a 60-day extension to <br />the 60-day rule and the City has until January 1, 2005 to take formal action on Mr. Raudio's <br />request for a comprehensive plan amendment and a rezoning of Outlot E, River's Bend 3rd <br />Addition. <br /> <br />Commission Input <br /> <br />Motion by Chairperson Nixt, seconded by Commissioner Brauer to adjourn the public hearing <br />relating to Mr. Raudio's request for a rezoning of Outlot E, River's Bend yd Addition. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Commissioners Brauer, Shepherd, and Watson. <br />Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Jeffrey, Johnson, and Van Scoy. <br /> <br />Case #7 <br /> <br />Staff Update <br /> <br />Assistant Community Development Director Trudgeon reviewed the information provided in the <br />Staff Update. <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt noted that he read the information provided, and the 60-day issue is something <br />the Planning Commission should discuss. He also noted the public taking case discussed and <br />some of the implications it poses for Ramsey. <br /> <br />Commissioner Brauer indicated it is very valuable information, and if they have new <br />commissioners join the board it would be good for them to receive it also. <br /> <br />Case #8 <br /> <br />Zoning Bulletin <br /> <br />OTHER COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt noted they will have one empty Commissioner's seat. <br /> <br />Assistant Community Development Director Trudgeon stated Commissioner Jeffrey will <br />continue until January, but they will start looking for a replacement now. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Chairperson Nixt, seconded by Commissioner Brauer, to adjourn the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
