PUBLIC HEARING AND LEVY OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS <br />FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #05 -24 SAINT FRANCIS BOULEVARD <br />FRONTAGE ROAD GRADING AND PAVING IMPROVEMENTS <br />By: Steven J. Jankowski, City Engineer <br />Recommendation: <br />Background: <br />This project includes the grading and paving of the Saint Francis Boulevard frontage road <br />south of 160 Lane. The contract for this project was awarded on July 25, 2006 and <br />construction is anticipated to be completed this fall. It is proposed to assess each of the <br />three benefited property owners $3,885 in accordance with the amount estimated in the <br />revised feasibility study dated June 28, 2006. <br />Following the close of the public hearing adopt the attached resolution which levy special <br />assessment on Improvement Projects #05 -24. <br />Council Action: <br />Motion to adopt Resolution #06- 09 -XXX adopting assessments for Improvement Projects <br />#05 -24. <br />Reviewed By: <br />Public Works Director/Fire Chief <br />Assistant Public Works Director/Principal Engineer <br />Finance Officer <br />CC: 09/26/06 <br />
