She has four children and is a business <br />owner of three businesses in Ramsey that she is seriously considering relocating unless <br />something is done.. There are $420,000 to $1,000,000 homes in this neighborhood, and if they <br />need a gated community they need to do that. She is opposed to having low income housing or <br />these townhomes. Research should be done with the Police Chief to determine the crime <br />statistics in the past 1 1 /2 years. Ms. Tierney stated her 11 ear old daughter and her friend were <br />down the street and had a gun pulled to their head; abou ee w eks ago at the park she saw <br />four squad cars and a paramedic, there was a girl crying > e o d out yesterday it was a <br />mugging and an assault.
