Council Action: <br />Reviewed By: <br />(1) Motion to approve a Lease Agreement with Midwest Car Care LLC, for 5,266 square <br />feet of the building located at 6745 Highway 10 for use as an automotive repair <br />facility upon the terms and conditions of the Lease Agreement reviewed and <br />approved by City Council which terms include the following: Rent at the rate of <br />$3,494.25/mo. with a 3.5% annual increase, lease space of 5,932 sq. ft, five year lease <br />term, tenant pay its pro rata share of the property taxes, and tenant pay hazard <br />insurance. <br />(2) Motion to approve a Lease Agreement with K & K Sharp, LLC for 11,200 square <br />feet of the building located at 6745 Highway 10 for use as a RV/boat cold storage <br />facility upon the terms and conditions of the Lease Agreement reviewed and <br />approved by City Council which terms include the following: Rent at the rate of <br />$1,166.00/mo., lease space of 11,200 sq. ft, one year lease term, with four one year <br />options to extend and renegotiation of rent for each one year term, tenant to pay its <br />pro rata share of the property taxes, and landlord (City)to pay hazard insurance. <br />City Attorney <br />Economic Development Coordinator <br />City Administrator <br />
