At the present time drainage from 143 Lane is <br />collected in roadside ditches and is discharged through a culvert across 143 Lane into the <br />property located at 6384 143 Lane. Because this property is considerably lower than the <br />City Council / September 11, 2006 <br />Page 7of15 <br />
