CITY COUNCIL <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, at the <br /> Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> Members Present: Mayor Mark Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Chelsee Howell <br /> Councilmember Debra Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Michael Olson <br /> Councilmember Dan Specht <br /> Councilmember Matt Woestehoff <br /> Members Absent: Councilmember Chris Riley <br /> Also Present: City Administrator Brian Hagen <br /> City Attorney Fritz Knaak <br /> 1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Kuzma called the regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council to order at 7:00 p.m., <br /> followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor Kuzma. <br /> 2. PRESENTATION <br /> 2.01: Recognize Mayor Mark Kuzma and Councilmembers Chelsee Howell, Debra <br /> Musgrove and Matt Woestehoff for their Service to the City of Ramsey. <br /> City Administrator Hagen recognized the outgoing Councilmembers, Mayor Kuzma, <br /> Councilmembers Howell, Musgrove, and Woestehoff as this is their last official meeting on the <br /> Council.He thanked these Councilmembers for all of their hard work while serving on the Council. <br /> Councilmember Musgrove thanked her family for supporting her when she decided to join the <br /> Council. She thanked Staff that she has gotten to work with and gotten to know over the past few <br /> years. She also thanked the residents for not only electing her once,but twice. She shared a few of <br /> the items that she worked closely with while on the Council including the park replacement policy, <br /> the water treatment plan, Highway 10 work, and the street maintenance plan policy review,just to <br /> name a few. She added that she served on the Lower Rum River WMO since she first joined the <br /> Council and she has learned a lot through her involvement. <br /> Councilmember Howell said it has been an awesome experience serving on the Council and she <br /> would not change anything about the experience as it was a great learning experience. She thanked <br /> the residents who supported her over the years and voted her onto the Council. She noted that for <br /> City Council/December 10, 2024 <br /> Page 2 of 7 <br />
