EXTENSION OF RECORDING SECRETARIAL SERVICE AGREEMENT: The term <br /> of the existing Recording Secretary Service Agreement dated December 31, 2023, shall be <br /> extended under the same terms and conditions to December 31, 2025. <br /> 2. TOSS CHARGES: TOSS shall be aid for its services as recording secretary for each � <br /> p g rY <br /> meetingwith a one (1)hour minimum the hi hest rate revailin as follows: <br /> � g prevailing, <br /> Y <br /> a. Base Rate: one Hundred Seventy-Two and 001100 dollars ($172.00) for any <br /> meeting up to one (1) hour (billable time) plus Forty and 501100 dollars ($40.50) <br /> for each thirty (3 0)minutes following the first one (1)hour; or <br /> b.
