Currently the agreement <br /> requires the CO to be obtained on or before January 22, 2025. Although we have made substantial <br /> progress with the project and are in the final phase of the development, the project has moved <br /> slower than we originally anticipated based on a number of factors. Due to that, I do not believe we <br /> are going to meet that deadline. Generally, some of the factors that caused the change in schedule <br /> were delay in product delivery due to supply chain issues such as with our windows, changes in <br /> project management oversight, changes in the scope of the construction plans for the project due to <br /> requirements and requests with our franchise partner, as well as changes required by the State of <br /> Minnesota to best align with state requirements. <br /> I am requesting for the City Council to approve an amendment to the Right of Re-Entry Agreement to <br /> give our team more time to finish up the project. I would like to request for this extension to be <br /> amended to obtaining the Certificate of Occupancy by June 30, 2025.
