<br />Councilmember Stewart introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #25-017 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CBRE LISTING AGREEMENT FOR CITY OWNED <br />LAND IN COR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, since 2014, the City has contracted with CBRE for commercial real estate <br />brokerage services to sell available City Owned Land; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the current contract expires February 1, 2025; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed contract only includes listings inside the COR; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed contract maintains previous terms from the prior contract <br />removes properties that were sold last year, does not add additional properties and removes <br />residential properties; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the EDA met on January 9, 2025 and adopted a unanimous motion approving <br />a 1 year extension of the commercial listing agreement with CBRE. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Amendment to Listing Agreement with <br />CBRE for the period of February 1, 2025 through midnight January 31, 2026. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Olson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Heineman <br /> Councilmember Stewart <br /> Councilmember Olson <br /> Councilmember Buscher <br /> Councilmember Peters <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br />
