Real Solutions. <br />January 10, 2025 <br />Joe Feriancek, P.E. <br />Assistant City Engineer <br />7550 Sunwood Drive NW <br />Ramsey, MN 55303 <br />7533 Sunwood Drive NW <br />Suite 206 <br />Ramsey, MN 55303-5119 <br />Ph: (763) 433-2851 <br />Fax: (763) 427-0833 <br />Bolton-IMlenk.com <br />RE: Proposal for Construction Staking Services, City of Ramsey — Fox Ridge Estates Pt and 2nd Streets <br />Reconstructions (City Project No. 24-13) <br />Dear Mr. Feriancek: <br />We appreciate the opportunity to assist the City of Ramsey with construction staking for the above - <br />referenced project. <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br />Bolton & Menk will complete the construction staking and as -built survey for this project, which <br />generally includes: <br />• 0.34 acres of clearing and grubbing, <br />• 12,900 SY of subsoil corrections, <br />• 114 RDST of subgrade preparation, <br />• 11 Flared End sections, <br />• 14 Storm Sewer Inlet Structures, <br />o An additional 7 existing structures will be included for the As -Built survey <br />• 930 LF storm sewer, <br />• 638 LF dram tile, <br />• 22,460 LF of concrete curb and gutter, <br />• 3,610 LF of silt fence, <br />• 2 pedestrian ramps, <br />• Salvaging 79 mail box supports, and <br />• Miscellaneous other items. <br />We will also complete the As -Built Survey for Record Drawing creation. <br />ASSUMPTIONS <br />We have made the following assumptions in preparing this proposal: <br />• No allowance is included for staking of right-of-way. <br />• Replacing damaged or removed stakes is not included in our base fee. <br />• No additional fees for stakes, mileage, equipment, etc. will be invoiced to the City, but are <br />included in our hourly rates. <br />.0inII-. a n: n t:r u.uaII. op oittu oiity car nuIvtII.ap:,ir°. <br />
