I understand that the scope of <br />our services is to provide construction staking services as needed and directed. <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />• Office setup and coordination <br />• Stake 10 pedestrian ramps <br />• Stake 3 concrete valley gutters <br />• Blue top 1,050 feet of centerline every 50 feet for both top of subgrade and top of gravel <br />Hourly Not to Exceed $6,500.00 <br />➢ As -built Surveys are not included in this estimate <br />The above -mentioned hourly amount is based on survey control points being found in place, electronic files of necessary <br />construction documents being available for our use and a one-time staking per item. Significant re -staking and services <br />provided in addition to those proposed will be billed hourly per the attached standard fee schedule. <br />To better serve you, we request that final plans and specifications for new projects arrive in our office a minimum of five <br />working days before staking is needed on site. After staking has started on site, a two to three-day notice for return visits <br />is requested. It is the contractor's responsibility to provide shop drawings or updated plans when applicable. <br />If this proposal meets with your approval, please sign the acceptance below and return a copy to our office.
