Finally, it is with highest regard that I thank the members of my family that have enjoyed the <br /> struggle with me along the way. My wife Cindi, has been extremely supportive of my vision to <br /> complete this work, and I am forever grateful of her life-long love, help and support. My <br /> children,Angela and Megan, who have inspired me from the day they were born, and continue to <br /> amaze me with each chapter of their own journeys. They encouraged "dad the student" many <br /> times along the way and have made me proud beyond measure. Last, but not least, I wish to <br /> thank my mother, and late father, who instilled in me a curiosity for life, an appreciation of the <br /> arts, and a dedication to lifelong learning. <br /> 6 <br />
