Board Member Bawden introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br /> adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION#97-10 302 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE AND <br /> DECLARING TERMS OF SAME. <br /> WHEREAS, Northern Airgas, Inc. has properly applied for a variance from the height <br /> restrictions in the Industrial District on the property legally described as follows: <br /> Outlot A, Business Park 95 4th Addition,Anoka County, State of Minnesota <br /> (the "Subject Property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on October 21, 1997, conducted the <br /> public hearing and adopted findings of fact relating to the request for a variance from <br /> height restrictions. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br /> ADJUSTMENT OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF <br /> MINNESOTA, as follows <br /> 1. Based on Findings of Fact # a variance to height restrictions is hereby <br /> granted. <br /> 2. The office/warehouse facility shall be allowed for development on the Subject <br /> Property with the height of the warehouse not to exceed a height of 42'6" from <br /> grade. <br /> 3. The property owner shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any <br /> construction. <br /> 4. The property owner shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in <br /> administering and enforcing this variance. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board <br /> Member Thorud and upon vote being taken thereon,the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> Chairperson Deemer <br /> Board Member Bawden <br /> Board Member Thorud <br /> Board Member Jensen <br /> Board Member LaDue <br /> Board Member Terry <br />
