<br />Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #06-10-xxx <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT #Xxx RELATING TO A REQUEST <br />FROM PROFESSIONAL PROPERTIES, LLC TO ALLOW FOR A DA YCARE <br />FACILITY ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 6575 141sT AVE FOR AN INTERIM <br />PERIOD OF TIME. <br /> <br />Professional Properties, LLC, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", properly applied to <br />the City of Ramsey (the "City") for an Interim Use Permit to daycare facility on the ground floor <br />of the site of their current facility for an interim period of time on the property generally known <br />as 6575 141st Avenue and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Unplatted Ramsey Township north 200 feet of south 233 feet of west 200 feet of the <br />east 1146 feet oithe south half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 27, Township <br />32, and Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(the "S ubject Property") <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Applicant appeared before the Planning Commission for a public hearing <br />pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code on October 5, 2006 and that Jhe <br />public hearing was properly advertised and that the minutes of said public hearing -are -_ <br />hereby incorporated by reference. <br /> <br />2) That the Subject Property is approximately .92 acres in size (40,000 square feet) and is <br />zoned E-1 Employment. <br /> <br />3) That Section 9.03.06(1) (Interim Use Permits) of the Ramsey City Code allows for <br />interim uses to allow a use for a limited period of time that reasonably utilizes the <br />property where it is not reasonable to utilize it in the manner provided by the <br />comprehensive guide and to allow a use that is presently acceptable but that, with <br />anticipated development will not be acceptable in the future. <br /> <br />4) That on September 7, 2006, the Applicant submitted an application requesting an Interim <br />Use Permit to operate a daycare facility on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />5) That on October 5, 2006, the Ramsey Planning Commission held a public hearing to <br />consider the Applicant's request and recommended approval to the City Council subject <br />to certain conditions. <br /> <br />6) That the proposed daycare facility has stated the intent conform to the State Fire, MN <br />State Building Codes, and the City's grading, drainage, erosion control, and utility <br />standards. <br /> <br />7) The proposed daycare has stated the content conform to the State Child Care standards <br /> <br />24 <br />
