<br />3. The temporary structures located on the subject property shall be removed by May <br />1, 1992. Removal of said structure shall be the responsibility of Lord of Life <br />Church. If removal is not accomplished in a timely manner, the City reserves the <br />right to order the work and recover expenditures by drawing upon Escrow 804273, <br />deposited for that purpose at the City by Lord of Life Church. <br /> <br />4. No structures shall be erected within 120 feet of the north and east property lines of <br />the subject property. This term is not intented to preclude orderly subdivision and <br />future development of single family lorson the property as illustrated in Exhibit A. <br /> <br />5. The appropriate location for daycare play areas and screening to mitigate noise and <br />burden resulting from the use. will be reviewed in future site plan applications for <br />any expansions at the site. <br /> <br />6.
