<br />Board Member <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #06-10-_ <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE AND DECLARING <br />. ' <br />TERMS OF SAME. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, GMI Inc., a partnership under the laws of the State of Minnesota <br />(Permittee) has properly applied for a variance from the rear yard setback requirements in the E-1 <br />Employment District on the property (generally known as 6511 Bunker Lake Blvd and legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Gateway North Industrial Park Plat 4, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on October 5, 2006, conducted the public <br />hearing and' adopted findings of fact relating to the request for a variance from the rear lot line <br />setback on the north side of the Subject Property. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows <br /> <br />1. Based on Findings of Fact # -,-' a variance to rear yard setback requirements is hereby <br />granted for the existing building and the proposed expansion. <br /> <br />2. The proposed addition on the Subject Property shall maintain a minimum setback of20 <br />feet from the rear property line (north). <br /> <br />3. The Permittee shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction. <br />No building permit shall be issued until the Permittee has signed the variance and <br />reimbursed the City for all costs incurred in processing the application. <br /> <br />4. The Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br />enforcing this variance. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />9 <br />
