CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA At the regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota, was called to order by Mayor Hardin at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota, on September 26, 1995. The following Councilmembers were present: Mayor Glen Hardin, Couneilmember Carolyn Beahen, Councilmember Sheila Beyer, Couneilmember Kenneth Peterson and Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman; the following members were absent: None. A motion to adopt the following resolution as made by Councilmember Zimmerman and seconded by Councilmember Beyer. Resolution #95-09-219A WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey was served with a Summons in Application for Registration of Land regarding Robert J. Miller, Jr. and Carol A. Miller, husband and wife, Anoka County Court File No. C5-92-7141; and WHEREAS, it was requested of the attorney of record, Joseph W. Anderson of Jennings, DeWan & Anderson, P.A., that the City of Ramsey sign an Assent of Parties in Interest; and WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey has no objections to the proceedings in this matter. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council authorizes the Mayor and City Administrator of the City of Ramsey to execute the Assent of Parties in Interest in this matter.
