Unit is intended for operation with indoor MAU-3 for plate settler area cooling and dehumidification. <br />2. Closely coordinate updated location of condensing unit CU-3 to low roof with all trades. See <br />marked up mechanical roof plan on Page 2 of submittal. Verify exact location prior to installation. <br />Maintain all required service clearances to unit and adjacent equipment on roof. <br />3. Coordinate unit curb/rails and flashing with roofing contractor. Refer to architectural details. <br />4. Provide 25A circuit breaker, 3# 10, 1 # 10G wire, and confirm factory disconnect is rated for outdoor <br />use (NEMA 3R). <br />5. Coordinate all electrical connections, disconnects, and wiring to equipment with the electrical <br />contractor. Refer to manufacturer's written instructions. <br />6. Verify refrigerant piping installation, connections to equipment and all components are provided in <br />accordance with manufacturer's requirements. Refer to pipe roof penetration detail. Verify with <br />manufacturer requirements for line set sizes, max lengths and elevations. <br />7.
