Copies of all documents, plans, or other reports which are <br />required to be supplied to the MPCA or Anoka County shall also be supplied concurrently <br />to the City at no cost to the City. <br /> <br />Performance Review. Upon request by the City, the performance of this operation <br />shall be reviewed annually by IPS and the City Administrator or duly authorized <br />representatives to identify problem areas, concerns and to evaluate whether conditions of <br />this CUP need to be modified or procedural changes made. <br /> <br />Service to Residents. Residents of the City shall be allowed to dispose of debagged <br />yard waste on one Saturday each month from March through November at no charge. <br /> <br />Bio.filter Design.
