CC Regular Session <br />Meeting Date: <br />02/11/2025 <br />Primary Strategic Plan Initiative: Promote economic growth and development. <br />6. 3. <br />Title: <br />Adopt Resolution #25-015, Approving a Development Agreement for Blanery LLC at 6591 141st Avenue NW <br />Purpose/Background: <br />On November 12th, 2024, the City Council approved the Conditional Use Permit and Site Plan for Blanery LLC <br />at 6591 141st Avenue NW. Since that date, the Applicant has supplied engineering cost estimates to Staff as part <br />of drafting the Development Agreement. The Development Agreement is standard in its form. <br />The requested action is to approve the Development Agreement for the approved development.
