I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I Councilmember Beyer introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #95-12-269 RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 1995, PAYABLE 1996, MUNICIPAL TAX LEVY NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the following levies for assessed 1995, payable 1996, be levied upon the taxable property in said City of Ramsey, Anoka County, State of Minnesota for the following purposes: GENERAL LEVY Fund 101: General Fund - General Operations Fiscal Disparity Transfer (as certified) HACA (as certified) Collected as Property Tax DEBT SERVICE LEVY Special Assessment Obligations Fund 317: 1989A G.O. Debt Service Fund 321: 1992B G.O. Debt Service $ 326,723 505,839 1.387.908 $ 2,220,470 $ 4,668 5.112 9,780 DRAINAGE DISTRICT LEVY Rum River Drainage District TOTAL CERTIFIED LEVIES 28.000 $ 2,258,250 2) That this final levy does not exceed the Proposed Levy adopted September 13, 1995. 3) That this final levy is being adopted as a result of the Public Budget Hearing held for the purpose of hearing the opinions of Ramsey residents on the proposed budget and amount of property taxes. 4) That the City Administrator/Clerk be directed to transmit a certified copy of this resolution to the Anoka County Auditor's office on or before Thursday, December 28, 1995, for the purpose of complying with Truth-In- Taxation. That the motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman and upon vote being t!ken thereon, the following voted in favor: Mayor Hardin Councihuember Beyer Councilmember Zimmerman Councilmember Beahen- Councilmember Peterson and the following voted against the same: None -7-
