<br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I. <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #95-12-270 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 1996 CITY OF RAMSEY GENERAL FUND <br />OPERATING BUDGET <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1). That the annual budget of the City of Ramsey for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1996 <br />is hereby adopted for the General Fund as follows: <br /> <br />GENERAL FUND <br />Revenues: <br />Property Taxes <br />Licenses and Permits <br />Intergovernmental Revenues <br />Charges for Services <br />Fines and Forfeitures <br />Other Revenues- <br />Interest Earnings <br />Miscellaneous <br />Other Financing Sources <br />Total Revenues <br /> <br />$ 1,771,131 <br />234,255 <br />1,007,672 <br />176,183 <br />50,000 <br /> <br />80,000 <br />3,400 <br />190.427 <br />$ 3,513,068 <br /> <br />Total <br />Expenditures <br /> <br />Operating and Capital Expenditures: <br />General Government <br />Public Safety <br />Public Works <br />Parks and Recreation <br />Contingency <br />Other Financing Uses <br />Operating and <br /> <br />Capital <br /> <br />$ 905,806 <br />1,202,952 <br />652,617 <br />286,080 <br />166,939 <br />298.674 <br />$ 3,513,068 <br /> <br />2) That the City Administrator/Clerk be directed to transmit a certified copy of this resolution <br />to the Anoka County Auditor's office on or before Thursday, December 28, 1995, for the <br />purpose of complying with Truth-In-Taxation. <br /> <br />That the motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was dilly seconded by Councilmember <br />Beyer and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin <br />Councilmember Peterson <br />Councilmember Beyer <br />Councilmember Beahen <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br /> <br />-9- <br />
