I I I I I I I I I I I Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #95-12-270 RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 1996 CITY OF RAMSEY GENERAL FUND OPERATING BUDGET NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1). That the annual budget of the City of Ramsey for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1996 is hereby adopted for the General Fund as follows: GENERAL FUND Revenues: Property Taxes Licenses and Permits Intergovernmental Revenues Charges for Services Fines and Forfeitures Other Revenues- Interest Earnings Miscellaneous Other Financing Sources Total Revenues $ 1,771,131 234,255 1,007,672 176,183 50,000 80,000 3,400 190.427 $ 3,513,068 Total Expenditures Operating and Capital Expenditures: General Government Public Safety Public Works Parks and Recreation Contingency Other Financing Uses Operating and Capital $ 905,806 1,202,952 652,617 286,080 166,939 298.674 $ 3,513,068 2) That the City Administrator/Clerk be directed to transmit a certified copy of this resolution to the Anoka County Auditor's office on or before Thursday, December 28, 1995, for the purpose of complying with Truth-In-Taxation. That the motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was dilly seconded by Councilmember Beyer and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Mayor Hardin Councilmember Peterson Councilmember Beyer Councilmember Beahen Councilmember Zimmerman and the following voted against the same: None -9-
