<br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Councilmember Beahen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #95-12-273 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 1996 CITY OF RAMSEY ECONOMIC <br />DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY FUND BUDGET <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the annual budget of the City of Ramsey for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1996 <br />is hereby adopted for the Economic Development Authority Fund as follows: <br /> <br />ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY FUND <br />Revenues: <br />Interest Earnings <br />Other Financing Sources <br />Total Revenues <br /> <br />$ 13,500 <br />105.964 <br />$119,464 <br /> <br />Operating and Capital Expenditures: <br />Personal Services <br />Supplies <br />Services and Charges <br />Capital Outlay <br />Other Financing U ses- <br />Transfer to Equipment Replacement Fund <br />Total Operating and Capital Expenditures <br /> <br />$ 40,516 <br />2,350 <br />125,160 <br />850 <br />1.600 <br />$170,476 <br /> <br />That the motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Counci1member <br />Peterson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin <br />Councilmember Beahen <br />Councilmember Peterson <br />Councilmember Beyer <br />Counci1member Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />-353- <br />
