1) The City Council hereby authorizes final payment to Northdale Construction Co. Inc., of <br /> Albertville, Minnesota for Improvement Project#21-08, WTP Trunk Watermain Improvement in <br /> the amount of$74,087.71. <br /> 2) The City Council hereby accepts the project and authorizes the Mayor and City Administrator to <br /> sign the release forms for this payment. <br /> 3) The total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bills for the <br /> date of February 25, 2025. <br /> 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department will be provided a signed copy of this resolution. <br /> The motion of the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and <br /> upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the <br /> 25'day of February, 2025. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Resolution #25-034 <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br />
