Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION#25-042 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING <br /> ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR HIGH POINT STREET RECONSTRUCTIONS, <br /> IMPROVEMENT PROJECT#25-05 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey proposes to reconstruct the streets within the High Point <br /> Subdivision as identified within the 2025—2034 Capital Improvement Program; and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #24-13 8, adopted May 28, 2024, the <br /> City Council accepted and awarded the proposal to Hakanson Anderson for topographic survey of the <br /> project area in the amount of$7,650.00; and <br /> WHEREAS,pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution#24-220, adopted August 12,2024,the <br /> City Council accepted and awarded the proposal to Independent Testing Technologies, Inc., for a <br /> geotechnical report of the project area in the amount of$8,880.00; and <br /> WHEREAS,pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution#24-340, adopted November 26, 2024, <br /> the City Council ordered the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for High Point Street <br /> Reconstructions, Improvement Project#25-05; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Engineer has prepared plans and specifications for the purpose of advertising <br /> for bids for High Point Reconstructions, Improvement Project#25.05. <br /> NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY,ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> 1) The Ramsey City Council hereby approves plans and specifications prepared by the City Engineer <br /> and authorizes advertisement for bids for said improvements as City Improvement Project#25-05, <br /> High Point Street Reconstructions. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon,the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 25' <br /> day of February,2025. <br />
