Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION#25-044 <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEYS, <br /> GEOTECHNICAL EVALUATIONS AND UTILITY TESTING FOR 2026 CAPITAL <br /> IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM PROJECTS <br /> WHEREAS, the streets within the Carol-Rose Acres & Sports Haven subdivision, Countryside <br /> Estates subdivision, Flintwood Hills 2nd and 3rd subdivisions, Riverside West subdivision, Section 01 <br /> Unplatted subdivision, and Bunker Lake Boulevard (CR 116) between Jackal Street and Armstrong <br /> Boulevard(CR 83) are proposed to be reconstructed in 2026; and <br /> WHEREAS, the streets Alpine Wood subdivision, Evergreen Point 1 St and 2nd subdivision, Hall- <br /> Anderson Acres subdivision, Riverside West subdivision, Wildwoods Acres subdivision and Section 16 <br /> Unplatted subdivision are proposed to be milled and overlaid in 2026; and <br /> WHEREAS, topographic surveys, geotechnical evaluations, televising of sanitary and storm <br /> sewer, and leak testing of watermain is required to accurately evaluate and design proposed 2026 capital <br /> improvement program projects; and <br /> NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY,ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> 1) The Ramsey City Council hereby orders the City Engineer to request proposals for said services. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 25' <br /> day of February,2025. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br />
