WHEREAS, on October 25, 2005, the Ramsey City Council preliminary plat approval of the Summerset Meadows subdivision; and WHEREAS, Section 9.50.04 (Final Plat), Subd. 1 (Procedure) of the Ramsey City Code states that following approval of a preliminary plat, the applicant shall file a final plat for consideration by the City Council within one year of preliminary plat approval; and WHEREAS,, Section 9.50.04 (Final Plat), Subd. 1 (Procedure) of the Ramsey City Code further states that subsequent to the one year deadline, the applicant may request the City Council up to a one -year extension for submission of a final plat; and WHEREAS, on September 29, 2006 the City received a written communication from the Summerset Meadows LLC requesting a one- year extension for submittal of a final plat for the Summerset Meadows subdivision. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) ATTEST: City Clerk That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants a one year extension to October 26, 2007 for the Developer to submit a final plat for the Summerset Meadows subdivision to the City of Ramsey: Mayor RESOLUTION #02 -10 -268 Page 2 of 5 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following - voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the.
