-120— <br />The land conveyance can be accomplished with an administrative subdivision that is reviewed <br />and approved by City Staff. However, Council action is required to amend the setback terms in <br />the Conditional Use Permit. <br />The following items are enclosed for your information: <br />a Site location map <br />b. Exhibit identifying area of encroachment from property to the north <br />c. Conditional Use Permit issued in 1991 <br />d. Proposed findings of fact <br />e Proposed Conditional Use Permit <br />The Planning Commission conducted the public hearing on Thursday, October 5, 2006. There <br />were no verbal or written comments received, other than those of Carol Lublin and Louis <br />Abendroth. City Staff had recommended approval of the reduced buffer setback. <br />Recommendation: <br />The Planning Commission recommended approval of the reduced setback along the common <br />property line between Northern Secretaries and the Abendroth parcel. The draft Conditional Use <br />Permit would replace the permit issued in 1991. All of the applicable terms from 1991 have <br />been carried over into the new permit, with the amendment as directed. <br />Council Action: <br />Motion to adopt Resolution #06 -10- adopting Findings of Fact # relating to the request <br />for an amended Conditional Use Permit for Northern Counties Secretarial Services. <br />-and- <br />Motion to approve the request for an amendment to the Northern Counties Secretarial Services <br />Conditional Use Permit, based on the findings of fact, and adopt Resolution #06 -10 - __ <br />declaring terms of same. <br />-Or- <br />Motion to deny the request for an amendment to the Northern Counties Secretarial Services <br />Conditional Use Permit based on the findings of fact. <br />Review Checklist: <br />Community Development Director <br />CC: 10/10/06 <br />
