Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #06 -10= <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF AN INTERIM USE PERMIT TO <br />PROFESSIONAL PROPERTIES, LLC, ALLOWING THE OPERATION OF A <br />DAYCARE FACILITY ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 6575 : 141 ST AVENUE, <br />BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #06 -10 -_; AND DECLARING THE TERMS OF <br />SAME. <br />WHEREAS, Professional Properties, LLC, hereinafter referred to as "Permitee," properly <br />applied to the City of Ramsey (the "City ") for an Interim Use Permit (the "Permit ") to place a <br />daycare facility on the on the property generally known as 6575 141 Ave NW and legally <br />described as follows: <br />Unplatted Ramsey Township north 200 feet of south 233 feet of west 200 feet of the <br />east 1146 feet of the south half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 27, Township <br />32, and Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(the "Subject Property ") <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on October 5, 2006 to review the request for <br />an Interim Use Permit to place a daycare facility on the Subject Property for an interim period of <br />time and conducted a public hearing. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />This Permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04A of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of <br />this Permit are as follows: <br />1) That the Permittee shall be allowed to establish a daycare facility on the Subject Property <br />effective upon the date of City Council approval and expiring on December 31, 2011. <br />2) That the Permittee shall adhere to all State Building and State Fire Codes regarding the <br />installation and utilization of a daycare facility. <br />3) That the Permittee shall adhere to all State Daycare Licensing Requirements. <br />4) That the Permittee is required to obtain a building permit for conversion of the ground floor <br />to a daycare facility. <br />5) The Permittee be will be required to reserve a minimum of 30 existing parking stalls that are <br />improved with bituminous pavement. <br />6) That this Permit shall not be considered modified, altered, changed or amended'in any respect <br />unless in writing and signed by the City and the Permittee. <br />7) That the City shall have the right to inspect the premises for compliance and safety purposes <br />at any time, upon reasonable request. <br />-145- <br />
